Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping:

  • For UPS/RPS ground shipments, your shipping charge will be calculated at 15% of the merchandise subtotal for orders delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. States.
  • There is a minimum shipping charge of $9.00 for all orders.
  • For orders over $249.00, please call regarding discounted shipping charges.  
  • For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, and PPO and all other international orders, we will ship items via U.S. Postal Service and will be charged actual freight based on the weight of the order.


Common carrier/Truck:

  • Orders that can only ship within the 48 contiguous states via truck line/common carrier will be charged actual shipping charges.
  • For shipments that would qualify to ship common carrier/truck line, we will provide you with a quote.  Please let us know if inside delivery is required as there may be an additional charge.


Here are some helpful tips you need to know if your order is shipping via truck:

1.    Someone must be present to receive and inspect your shipment. The trucking company will not deliver the shipment unless there is a person to sign the receipt.

2.    Examine your shipment before signing the delivery receipt! If a box has minor damage, don’t be alarmed.  Inspect the contents inside the package before you sign.  However, if it appears that the contents in the carton are broken or damaged, note that on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at (800) 598-1523.

3.    Count all the boxes before signing the delivery receipt.  Be sure the box count aligns with quantities on the receipt. If there are any boxes missing, note that on the receipt before you sign.

4.    Be prepared to help unload your shipment from the truck if inside delivery is not prearranged.  Truck drivers are not obligated to help you unload the truck. If you think you need assistance unloading, please arrange for inside delivery in advance! 

5.    Carefully inspect and note damage on delivered cartons. Note outside carton damage, or internal damage on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading or BOL).  Listing carton damage will assist in claiming damage upon full inspection.  Fully inspecting the items while the driver is present, is your best way to document a potential claim. 


Drop Ship Policy

A drop ship item is shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Once you have purchased a drop ship item, our Customer Service department will notify you of the estimated shipping charges and shipping date.
