Do I need a username and password to place an order?
No, these are not necessary. You can place an order and check out as a guest without having to register. However, there are numerous benefits when registering as a member.
How do I place an order?
To order through our website, simply choose the item you would like purchase and click on Add to Cart. If you would like to order by telephone, e-mail, or fax please contact us and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to assist.

Do I need to pay sales tax?
All products shipped to California will pay the sales tax applicable to the county in which it was mailed. Products shipped outside of California and across the world will not need to pay sales tax.

When will I receive my items?
After receipt of your order, we will contact you with information on the status of your order and the delivery time. Additionally, you may request for your order status by filling out the information on our Order Tracking section.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We make every effort to have your purchases shipped as soon as possible. However, if you need to change or cancel your order, contact our Customer Service department for details.

What is a drop ship item and when will I receive it?
A drop ship item is shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Once you have purchased a drop ship item, our Customer Service department will notify you of the estimated shipping charges and shipping date.
Why is an item back ordered and when will I receive it?
Occasionally we find that due to manufacturer delays, our Customer Service department may need to notify you that your item is not currently available. We will notify you via telephone, fax, or e-mail that it is backordered and give you an estimate on when it will be available for shipping.
What if I receive my order and there is damage, a wrong item or an item missing?

Can I purchase an item as a gift?
Our products make wonderful gifts! Tout About Toys offers a personalized message with each order. Simply type your message in the "comment" box when you finalize your purchase. We are also happy to gift wrap an order for a minimal fee.
