Customer Returns

Tout About Toys Prides Itself on 100% Customer Satisfaction.

  • Please be sure to examine all merchandise when it is delivered! If there is excessive visible damage or if the shipment is clearly incorrect, you can refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at 800-598-1523.
  • If you do not have time to inspect the shipment or if you were not present when the order was delivered, sign for it, and indicate “damaged” on the bill of lading (B/L or BOL).
  • If there are any damaged items or if you received an incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately within 10 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damages or incorrect shipments if you wait beyond this period to contact us.
  • If your order has arrived and there is no damage or no errors, but you decide that you want or need to return the items, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact us within 10 days to return these items. Please be advised that there may be a manufacturer’s restocking fee.  So if you are not sure about a specific color or size, or if you have any questions or concerns at all, please contact us.

Please be advised that all products must be in the following condition:

  • All returned items must be unopened
  • All returned items must be in the original packaging

Tout About Toys guarantees your complete satisfaction with the products that you purchase from us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days to arrange for the return of any unused product. We will gladly provide you with a refund, exchange, or credit for product price.

Damaged Shipments

Please be sure to examine your shipment before signing the delivery receipt! If there are any damages, please contact us within 10 days to report your receipt. Once you contact us and all information is received, we will send a replacement and arrange for the return of the damaged items. Please be sure to keep the original packaging when returning items.

Defective Products

If the product you purchased from Tout About Toys is proven to be defective, please feel free to contact us by phone or email regarding manufacturer’s warranty. Please be advised that manufacturer warranties vary from product to product.
