do I place an order?
To order through our website simply choose
the item you would like to purchase and click on Add
to Cart. If you would like to order
by telephone, e-mail, or by fax please contact
us and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to
assist.
Do
I need a password or user name to order?
No, these are not necessary.
Do
I need to pay sales tax?
All products shipped to California will
pay the sales tax applicable to the county in which it was mailed.
Products shipped outside of California and across the world will not need
to pay sales tax.
What
are your shipping charges? Do you ship overseas?

will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the
order ships.

will I receive my items?
After receipt of your order, we will contact
you with information on the status of your order and the delivery time.
Can
I change or cancel my order?
We make every effort to have your purchases
shipped as soon as possible. However, if you need to change or cancel your
order, contact our Customer Service department for details.
What
is a drop ship item and when will I receive it?
A drop ship item is shipped directly to
you from the manufacturer. Once you have purchased a drop ship item, our
Customer Service department will notify you of the estimated shipping charges
and shipping date.
Why
is an item backordered and when will I receive it?
Occasionally we find that due to manufacturer
delays, our Customer Service department may need to notify you that your
item is not currently available. We will notify you via telephone, fax,
or e-mail that it is backordered and give you an estimate on when it will
be available for shipping.
What
if I receive my order and there is damage, a wrong item or an item missing?

Monday through Friday. You can also e-mail or send a fax and we'll
help to resolve the problem.
